Job Description

🚀 Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and support our sales and customer engagement efforts. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients and play a key role in building strong customer relationships.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Explain products/services clearly and effectively
  • Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Maintain call records and update CRM systems
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
  • Handle customer objections and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams

🎯 Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
  • Fluency in local language(s) and basic English
  • Good listening and problem-solving skills

💡 Preferred Qualifications

  • High school or diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales
  • Experience in handling outbound sales calls
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
